Week 3 at MujerFit: Confidence & Presence
Becoming Her – Mind • Body • Spirit
As we come to the end of Week 3 of our Becoming Her journey, the work we have been doing beneath the surface begins to show itself in a new way.
Week 1 was about building roots through discipline.
Week 2 was about learning to manage our energy with wisdom.
Now in Week 3, we focused on something many women desire but often misunderstand:
Confidence.
Confidence is not something you wake up with one day.
It is something that grows through consistency, identity, and alignment.
True confidence is not loud or performative.
It is quiet, grounded, and embodied.
It is the result of becoming a woman who keeps her promises to herself.
The Psychology of Confidence
Psychologically, confidence is built through evidence.
When your brain sees repeated proof that you follow through on commitments, it begins to trust you.
Every time you:
• show up to a workout
• nourish your body
• complete something you started
• choose discipline over impulse
You create evidence.
That evidence builds self-trust.
And self-trust is the foundation of confidence.
This is why confidence cannot be faked.
It is not created through positive affirmations alone.
It grows from action.
Confidence is what happens when your behaviors begin to match the woman you believe you are becoming.
Faith and Identity
The Proverbs 31 woman carried herself with a quiet strength that came from knowing who she was.
“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.”
— Proverbs 31:25
Her confidence was not rooted in appearance, status, or approval.
It was rooted in faith.
She trusted that God was guiding her steps.
Because of that, she did not live in constant fear of the future.
Faith allows confidence to grow because it reminds us that we are not walking alone.
When your identity is grounded in who God says you are, you no longer have to perform for validation.
You can move through life with peace and presence.
Body: Confidence Through Strength
Physical strength plays an important role in how we carry ourselves.
Research shows that strength training improves not only physical health but also emotional resilience, posture, and self-perception.
When your body feels strong, your brain receives signals of safety and capability.
This influences how you walk into rooms, how you speak, and how you hold yourself.
Confidence becomes embodied.
This week’s workouts continue building strength while also encouraging awareness of posture, movement, and presence.
Confidence is not just what you say.
It is how you stand.
How you breathe.
How you move.
👗 Personal Style: Expressing the Woman You Are Becoming
Confidence is not only internal.
It is also expressed externally.
The way we present ourselves can reflect how we see ourselves.
Personal style is not about chasing trends or impressing others.
It is about alignment.
When your clothing reflects your identity, your posture changes.
Your presence shifts.
Your confidence grows.
This is why personal style can be such a powerful tool for self-expression.
It becomes a visual reminder of the woman you are or becoming.
This week we explored how style connects with identity, especially through our Becoming Her Brunch Experience.
During this event, Pilar from @pilarofstyle guided us through creating a personal style storyboard.
A storyboard helps clarify:
• how you want to show up
• what energy you want to embody
• what styles align with your lifestyle and identity
Rather than dressing from insecurity or comparison, we begin dressing from intention.
Personal style becomes a way to express confidence, dignity, and self-respect.
Just as we train our bodies and renew our minds, we can also align the way we present ourselves with the woman we are becoming.
Nourishing Confidence
The way we nourish our bodies also affects our confidence.
When we eat consistently and fuel ourselves well, we stabilize our energy and mood.
This creates the mental clarity needed to make better decisions.
Confidence grows when we feel physically supported by our routines.
We are not chasing perfection in our nutrition.
We are building sustainable habits that support strength, stability, and long-term health.
Why This Week Matters
Many women believe confidence must come before action.
But in reality, action creates confidence.
Every disciplined choice you have made this month has been building the internal foundation for how you show up in the world.
Confidence is not arrogance.
It is alignment.
It is the quiet assurance that comes from knowing you are living in integrity with the woman you are becoming.
Week 3 Reflection Questions
Take a few minutes to reflect on this week’s focus.
🧠 Mind
• What actions have helped me build self-trust this month?
• Where am I still waiting for confidence before taking action?
💪 Body
• How has strength training changed the way I carry myself?
• Do I notice any shifts in my posture or presence?
👗 Personal Style
• Does the way I present myself reflect the woman I am becoming?
• What three words describe the energy I want my style to communicate?
• What small change could help me feel more aligned with that identity?
✝️ Spirit
• What truths about my identity do I need to remember this week?
• Where might God be inviting me to walk with more courage?
Final Thought
Confidence does not appear overnight.
It grows slowly through discipline, wisdom, and faith.
The more you show up for the life you are building, the more you begin to believe that you are capable of carrying it.
And that belief changes how you walk into the world.
How you speak.
How you lead.
How you show up.
As we close out this week, continue moving with confidence and presence, trusting that the woman you are becoming is already taking shape
