January doesn’t have to be about extremes, restriction, or starting over.

At MujerFit, we believe real progress begins with presence — not pressure.

Present & Strong is a short 3-week, intentional January challenge designed to help you reconnect with your body, your rhythm, and yourself — without guilt or burnout.

What This Challenge Is About

This challenge is not about:

  • Pushing harder

  • Earning your meals

  • Perfection or all-or-nothing thinking

It is about:

  • Moving in ways that make you feel strong

  • Resting without guilt

  • Nourishing your body with intention and enjoyment

  • Creating consistency that actually fits your life

You don’t need to do everything.

You just need to show up — with intention.

What You’ll Experience

Over the next 3 weeks, we’ll focus on balance and sustainability:

  • Structured workout and cardio plan

  • Supportive movement you can adapt to your energy

  • Mindset + reflection prompts to support mental wellness

  • Nutrition guidance without extremes

  • A calm, supportive community that values presence over perfection

This challenge is designed to meet you where you are — especially after a busy season.

The Real Transformation

The real transformation isn’t just physical.

It’s learning that:

  • You’re allowed to slow down

  • You’re allowed to rest

  • You’re allowed to enjoy your life while taking care of yourself

This challenge is your permission to begin the year gently —

with intention, self-trust, and respect for your body.

Community Recognition

During the challenge, 3 women will be recognized —

not only for physical changes, but for consistency, presence, and self-prioritization.

Recognition include:

  • 3rd Place: MujerFit Essentials credit

  • 2nd Place:Mujerfit Plus Credit

  • 1st Place: Mujerfit Premium Membership
